Weekly Sector Rotation April 12, 2022 Utilities Sector Attractiveness Declines Further |
The sector attractiveness ranking for the utilities sector has declined further from last week’s slide due to lower valuation, technical and catalytic scores. Lower catalytic scores have also resulted in the consumer discretionary sector falling to the bottom of our rankings. Separating from the consumer discretionary sector, the retail sector moved up in our rankings as scores for the fundamental and technical outlooked improved. Higher fundamental and technical outlook scores also helped the business services sector to move up and out of the bottom 5 group of our rankings.
